A warm and sunny welcome! We sincerely thank you for choosing to stay with us. In order to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible, we would like to share some important information with you.
Please take a moment to read these lines, and let's embark on this adventure together!
**Our Enchanting Location and Services:**
Our apartments are conveniently located near the bus stop, so close that they almost exchange greetings. The journey to Kaprun takes only two minutes, and Zell am See is about a 10-minute drive away. Here, you can escape from the everyday and fully enjoy life – or at least as much as your coffee cups allow. By the way, we are not your typical hotel staff but passionate apartment enthusiasts. This means no reception and no luggage porters juggling your bags.
**The Grand Moment: Check-in and Key Handover:**
To kickstart your magical vacation, we'll need your personal email address. Please send it along with your names via SMS or WhatsApp to the number +43 664 5444 760 – and we'll promptly send you the online check-in form that must be completed. This will allow us to create the popular guest card and send you the key code for your apartment on the day of arrival. These guidelines are, in a way, a magical crystal for regional discounts and entry into your apartment. You'll find the keys in the underground garage in the key box or in a safe.
**The Time Machine and Special Check-in Instructions:**
Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, we open the doors to the world of holiday magic for you. However, if you have your own time machine and wish to arrive earlier or later, please contact us in advance. We're happy to adjust the clock for you – for a magical fee. Keep in mind that early arrivals before 3 PM or late arrivals after 6 PM need to be planned in advance and must adhere to all check-in rules and times.
**Late Arrivals, Early Arrivals, and Guidelines:**
For early birds or night owls reaching for the stars: Please send us a photo of your ID and your credit card number with an expiration date so that we can charge the service fee as per your booking confirmation and the 50 Euros for check-in outside of regular hours. A 500 Euro deposit will be reserved on your credit card and will be refunded on the departure day after a joint inspection of the apartment, provided everything is in order. Rest assured, we safeguard your credit card details like treasure. If you prefer to pay in cash, please inform us in advance. Do note that it may take up to 6 weeks for your bank to refund the deposit if we reserve the amount on your credit card. Unfortunately, the time it takes for your bank to return the amount to you is beyond our control.
**Preparation of Enchanting Spaces:**
Our diligent house elves will prepare your apartments according to your booking details. Please inform us of the number of adventurers (adults, children, babies, or small four-legged friends) traveling with you. Please be aware that additional guests cannot be added on the day of arrival. Our prices are per person, regardless of age. If the number of guests upon arrival differs from the booking, an additional fee will be charged according to our rules.
**Cleaning Service:**
We do not offer daily cleaning service to protect your privacy. However, upon request, we can provide an interim cleaning, including towel replacement and thorough cleaning, for a fee of 40 Euros.
**Basic Supplies for a Magical Start:**
Once you cross the threshold of your apartments, you'll find a magical basic supply waiting for you: 1 set of bed linen per person, 1 small and 1 large fluffy towel per person, 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tabs, and a pinch of salt, pepper, and sugar for your magical culinary delights. If supplies run low, you can purchase these magical ingredients at the store in the town center!
**The Kitchen, the Wand of Culinary Delights:**
Our kitchen is equipped with everything your heart (and stomach) desires: a combination oven for enchanting baking, a stove for magical feasts, a refrigerator with frosty magic, a dishwasher wizard, a Nespresso coffee machine for caffeine magic, a kettle for water magic, a toaster for crispy rolls, and plenty of dishes for your culinary adventures. **Laundry Room and Ski Storage:**
The laundry room and ski storage are located in the left building, where the underground garage is also situated. On the left, you'll find the ski room, and behind the door labeled "Room," you'll find the laundry room. Here, you can place towels and clothing in the washing machine – the washing machine and dryer are available free of charge, but you'll need to bring your own detergent, as the elves can't assist with that, unfortunately.
**Where Is My Apartment:**
You will receive the apartments you selected during the booking process, and the apartment numbers are indicated on the keys. In the left building, where the underground garage is visible, you'll find Apartments 1-5 (I-V). In the right building, where "Reception" is located above, you'll find Apartments 6-10 (VI-X).
**Important Magical Information in the Apartment:**
In your apartment, you'll find a guest folder on the table, providing you with all the essential information, including the Wi-Fi password, emergency number, and house rules.
**Parking and Wi-Fi are Complimentary:**
Parking spaces are secured for you, whether in the underground garage, under the carport, or in front of the house, just like access to our free Wi-Fi.
**Bread Service for Connoisseurs:**

**The Grand Farewell Magic: Check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM:**
Saying goodbye is often difficult, especially when time flies so quickly in our magical realm. We kindly request that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest, so we can prepare it for the next guests. Please inform us 30 minutes before your departure so that we can perform a farewell spell together. If you desire a later check-out, please let us know. A check-out until 1:00 PM is possible by magical arrangement – for a fee of 50 Euros.
